Subscription Cancellation Policy 

At ZENDATA Cybersecurity, we deliver enterprise-grade cybersecurity services through our ZEN360 platform and vCISO programs. Our services are structured, intelligence-driven, and tailored to meet the operational and compliance needs of organizations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. 

 

Cancellation Eligibility

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled by the authorized representative of the subscribing organization. 
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@zendata.security or through the designated customer portal. 

 

Notice Period

  • For monthly subscriptions, cancellation must be requested at least 7 calendar days before the next billing cycle. 
  • For annual or multi-year contracts, cancellation is governed by the terms outlined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Service Order Form (SOF). Early termination may incur a prorated fee or early exit penalty. 

 

Effect of Cancellation

  • Upon cancellation, services will remain active until the end of the current billing period. 
  • Access to ZEN360 dashboards, SOC monitoring, threat intelligence feeds, and other managed services will be revoked after the subscription period ends. 

 

Non-Renewal

  • Clients not wishing to renew their subscription must notify ZENDATA 30 days prior to the renewal date for annual contracts. 

 

Refund Policy 

ZENDATA Cybersecurity provides non-tangible, digital cybersecurity services including 24/7 SOC monitoring, threat intelligence, incident response, and compliance support. Due to the nature of these services, our refund policy is structured to ensure fairness, transparency, and operational integrity. 

 

General Terms

  • All payments are final and non-refundable once the service period has commenced. 
  • Refunds are not issued for partial usage, unused time, or dissatisfaction due to misunderstanding of service scope. 

 

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be considered under the following conditions: 
  • Duplicate Billing: If a customer is charged more than once for the same service. 
  • Service Delivery Failure: If ZENDATA fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as per the signed MSA or SOF, and remediation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe. 
  • Billing Errors: If an error occurs due to technical or administrative issues on ZENDATA’s side. 

To request a refund, please contact billing@zendata.security within 14 days of the billing date, including: 

  • Company name 
  • Invoice number 
  • Reason for the refund 
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable) 

 

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change in business strategy or internal IT policy 
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date 
  • Services already rendered, including: 
  • Threat Intelligence Reports 
  • Incident Response hours 
  • Phishing Simulations 
  • Awareness Trainings 
  • Code Reviews or Penetration Testing 
  • Any services delivered under customized or bundled packages (e.g., ZEN360 + vCISO) 

 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via Stripe UAE to the original payment method. 
  • All refunds are issued in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). ZENDATA is not responsible for currency conversion differences or bank charges. 
  • ZENDATA Cybersecurity reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website and communicated to active clients.
